Where the veil grows thin
"There are spaces in the soul and in the landscape where the veil between the worlds grows thin." ~ John O'Donohue, Aman Cara
Some questions only the landscape can answer
Across the seasons of a woman's life, the soul's questions deepen. What is my life becoming? What must I release? What wisdom is asking to take root within me? These questions cannot be answered through ideas alone — they require something experiential. Something embodied.

This pilgrimage invites you to step into Ireland's elemental places — not as a tourist, but as a pilgrim. To slow down. To listen. To allow the land itself to companion you across your own inner thresholds.
Seven days, six thresholds
THIN PLACES
The Celtic Christians named these locations where heaven and earth feel almost transparent — Ireland holds many of them.
Meet Your Guides:
Beth Bruno has spent decades following the fingerprints of women throughout history — women whose lives shaped far more of our present reality than most of us realize. It has deepened through years of leading the Lost Women of Turkey & Egypt Pilgrimages. That hunt for hidden women's stories eventually led her to the Celtic world, where another trail of remarkable women is waiting to be uncovered. Ireland is the next threshold. Beth is newly an empty nester and gives leadership to ReStory Counseling in Colorado.
Tracy Johnson, captivated by the intersection of ancient history and Scripture, is a fellow-pilgrim in the pursuit of lost women's stories. The trail of extraordinary women doesn't end in the ancient Near East. It winds through Celtic monasteries, across windswept cliffs, and into the lives of women like Brigid of Kildare, whose flame was never extinguished. Tracy gives leadership to a team of Storywork coaches at ReStory Counseling and is the founder of Red Tent Living. As she has entered her 6th decade, she is enjoying her first grandchild.
Sometimes to find our steadiness, we must travel to where the veil grows thin.
This trip is for you if...
You are a woman who has begun asking the deeper questions. Not the questions of building and becoming — but the ones that arrive quieter, more insistent: What is my life becoming? What parts of myself have been lost along the way? What must I release now? What wisdom is asking to take root within me?
This trip is for women who sense that the soul is not formed through ideas alone — that something in them needs an encounter that is experiential, embodied, and unhurried.
It is for women who carry grief that has never quite found words. Women navigating transition — an empty nest, a shifting identity, a loss, a longing. Women who have given much to others and are ready to tend something within themselves.
It is neither vacation nor tour. It is a pilgrimage — for women ready to slow down, step into thin places, and allow the land itself to companion them across the thresholds of their own lives.
If you are ready to travel not just to Ireland, but inward — this journey was made for you.
What Women Are Saying About Lost Women Pilgrimages ...
Stunning. Transported.
It was AMAZING! I would never have had the same experience had I gone on my own. Beth was so organized and made sure we had the full experience. I’d do it all over again!

Life Changing. Surprising. Profound.
It is sumptuous and startling. It is a beginning, a re-ordering of self and soul. It is a challenge and a gift, a pathway that opens to unexpected terrain for journeying forward with new skin, new ears, new eyes, new senses and a map both into self and back out to your world.
