Add On: Triad Practicum

This is an add-on option to the Storywork Coaching Collective for those who want supervised practice doing storywork.

These are 6-week small-group practicums. Three practitioners rotate through the roles of coach, client, and observer while a ReStory Storywork expert offers real-time feedback and curiosity. Each 90-minute session includes 50 minutes of live practice and 40 minutes of facilitated real-time debrief.

  • You learn best when you practice, not just study. Triads give you a dedicated cohort to try things, get real feedback, and grow your craft in real time.
  • Something shifts when you work alongside peers who are doing the same hard thing. Triads create the kind of honest, collegial accountability that's hard to find in solo practice.
  • Six structured sessions means enough continuity to go deep, not a one-time workshop, but a genuine rhythm of growth with the same two practitioners and an experienced Storywork Coach.
  • The work you do on yourself in a Triad directly sharpens how you show up for clients — peer practice is practitioner formation.
